James has recently discovered that he can fly. He does not know how or why, but together with his best friend, Darren, they are determined to perfect his skill. And what better time to do so than now, with James’ parents overseas at a conference!
But James soon finds himself in a world of trouble, sucked in a vortex into a cloud, and then into the futuristic sci-fi world of Nebulosity. How is he ever going to escape and get back home?
James can’t quite believe what is happening and the things that he is discovering. Surely it is not possible that there is more than one species of human living in the same galaxy?
This story is full on action packed, as James finds himself caught up with Aureole, the feisty daughter of the Empyrean of Nebulosity, to try and rescue the SAFFIRE, a device that is critical to saving Nebulosity from the effects of climate change. But they are not the only ones on the hunt for the SAFFIRE, and they find themselves in all sorts of dangerous situations.
With many twists and turns, and interesting characters, this book will be thoroughly enjoyed by all secondary students.
