Evelyn is Jules’ sister, and her magic is disappearing after her match walked out on her, leaving her without a tether. Aurelia and Jules initially work together out of a common need but, much to the annoyance of their families, this quickly grows into a stronger bond. As their feelings grow into kissing (quite a lot of kissing), will they be able to achieve their goal, and have a chance to stay together?
This book is a lot of fun, and it grabs you from the beginning. It is full of glamorous balls and bal lgowns, romance, magic, believing in yourself and having others share in that belief, that lifts this book out of the ordinary realm of witchy stories. It is perfect for readers aged 14 and up.
