Andy wakes up in a locked room with no memory of how he got there. There are no windows, a countdown clock and a green door. There are also three other people - Chad, his bully from school, Gabrielle Lee, the queen of the popular girls and Nameless Girl, because no can rememberer her name and she refuses to tell them.
They all go to the same school and now have less than an hour to figure out how to get out of this room together, which they do. The only problem is the door leads to another room and another puzzle to solve, and then another room and another.
As they work their way through the rooms they begin to learn a lot about themselves and each other, but can they figure out who is behind this maze, and what will they find at the end?
This is a fantastic story that is really hard to put down. It is fast-paced and full of suspense as they battle the clock to solve the puzzle and get out of each room. The characters are all interesting and have problems of their own, but the emotions they feel are all relatable. This will be thoroughly enjoyed by those who enjoy psychological mystery thrillers aged 14 and up.
