When three strong teenage girls get together to hunt the witch hunter let the reader beware, the results will be terrifying... They each have their own mission but when they join together their power explodes.
Jude comes from a super-wealthy family, but when she dabbled in the occult she tethered a demon to her that has left her leg putrefied, and she will do anything do get her life back.
Zara’s sister died after she also had a demon within her. Was she the first victim of the witch hunter? Zara is incredibly smart and dreams of reanimating her sister’s body, but after nearly twelve months is this even possible?
Last is Emer, who witnessed the brutal murder of her entire family when she was only seven years old. Her family were a coven of nineteen witches living in a forest in Ireland. She has since developed her own witchcraft and is now a powerful cursewriter. But with the death of five witches who Emer had previously helped, she must find out who is doing this before any more of her kind are killed...
This is a dark and gruesome novel full of demons, curses, blood and death. Although this is not usually my kind of book, the story certainly drew me in and it became a compulsive read.
The content including language and the themes already mentioned makes it best suited to a readers aged fifteen and older. Readers who love horror and witchcraft will absolutely adore this book.
