Review
The first book in the Super Unicorn Princess series was on our Standing Order in 2025, and our SUP hero returns for another hilarious instalment.
In our first of three stories Super Unicorn Princess - SUP - stops the veggies from taking over Horizon City. The veggies want their revenge after so long being badly mistreated by kids, and with the help of the evil Leona Linus they nearly get it. But when SUP gets all the kids to eat them, she ensures the city’s freedom!
Then we have a boy entering the toxic chemical factory belonging to Leona’s dad only to be mutated into a dragon. Can SUP save the day?
And finally an alien invades and steals the earth’s resources, but when SUP realises that the toxic material at the factory could save his planet, she does a deal that saves both planets at once. A true hero of Horizon City who got some unexpected help from Robo Goon, Leona’s genius tech robot.
These stories are laugh-out-loud funny but also contain important environmental and healthy eating messages. Wonderfully presented and with a tremendous hero, this is an excellent junior graphic novel that best suits readers from 7 to 10 years of age.
