Edie loves science. She also loves experiments, especially with her best friend Winnie. When Edie's family moves house she has to start a new school and make new friends. Edie quickly discovers this is not at all as easy as it seems. Will her experiments make her new friends or alienate them?
This is a fun read about starting over at a new school and finding new friends. Edie is a very lovable character, especially her ability to try and see the best in everything. Readers will also love her experiments (which unfortunately do not always turn out as intended!).
A perfect novel to link with STEM themes at school, and encourage readers to have a go and be themselves.
A great read, that will most appeal to girls in Years 5 + 6.
