A cheque will be sent in February for the amount of their credit note. For this purpose please ensure that the address written on the credit note is correct to enable your cheque to be posted. You can also inform us of your bank account details when you sell back your second hand books if you would prefer to have this amount direct deposited to your account.
Alternatively, if the student has a younger sibling the amount can be deducted from their 2011 booklist.
